Golden is a playground for winter activities. Everything in the above video was filmed over a three day period by Vancouver video production company Moves Media.

Eight hours from Vancouver and three hours from Calgary, Golden is home to Kicking Horse Mountain. The terrain is designed for advanced skiers and known for being steep and deep. They have four alpine bowls, over 85 marked inbounds chutes and amazing light dry champagne pow. All in all, it’s a mountain that will impress the boots off of you.

The town of Golden is an authentic mountain community home to true adventurer seekers. No one moves here to be seen or to say they lived in the “it” place. People live in Golden for the world class winter activities and incredible mountain access. This translates into a community filled with genuine, friendly and down to earth individuals.
