Golden's Gym is a 24 Hour Fitness Facility* that has proudly served and supported the Golden community since 2015. Our gym is an inclusive, friendly, clean, and community-minded space for all. We also carry a variety of supplements, gym wear, fitness accessories, protein bars, energy drinks & more!

Our two-storey, multi-room space features a variety of modern cardio equipment, and extensive range of strength machines, and more squat racks than you average city gym! ...And what's not to love about enjoying your morning run with a full picture window view of Kicking Horse Mountain?
