Ice Fishing

Golden, BC has some very good ice fishing spots to choose from. 

Just make a hole in the ice, drop a lure and wait for that catch of the day.

Many lakes are only accessible by snowmobile, with some snowmobiling companies offering ice fishing tours.

Make sure you have a valid fishing licence.  These are available online at the Fresh Fisheries Society of BC website or in person  Ministry of Children and Family Development office in Golden located at: 1104 9th St. South, Golden, BC Phone: 250-344-7550.
