Golden’s in-town trail system offers visitors a great trail for sightseeing, recreation, or relaxation. The main pathway along the Kicking Horse River is maintained year round by the Rotary Club, making it accessible to all recreationalists. Additional pathways wind through urban forest, along both rivers, to lookout points, through our historic downtown, and among streetscapes within the community.
You can start right at the Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge or jump on anywhere along this well-marked trail.
