Claire Challen travels the Powder Highway to visit Kicking Horse Mountain Resort for some incredible spring skiing along with some drinks and lunch at the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant, with arguably the most scenic views in the world. Claire also visits Boo, Kicking Horse’s resident grizzly bear, the Dawn Mountain Nordic Center, the Cedar House Restaurant and Purcell Heli-Skiing.
